Remove/install automatic transmission fluid cooler - AR27.55-P-1000LW

IMPORTANT Notes on automatic transmission   AH27.19-P-0001-01NKB
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Remove intake air duct upstream of the air filter MODEL 205 with ENGINE 274.9 with TRANSMISSION 722.9
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 651 with TRANSMISSION 722.9
 
1.2 Remove left intake air duct upstream of the air filter MODEL 205 with ENGINE 177 with TRANSMISSION 722.9  
2 Drain coolant from low-temperature system MODEL 205 with ENGINE 177 AR09.41-P-6834MNA
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 274.9, 651 AR09.41-P-6834LW
3 Unclip coolant line over oil cooler (1) and place to one side TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 177 TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 274.9 TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 276 TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in
MODEL 205 with ENGINE 651
IMPORTANT Do not open the coolant circuit.
 
4 Detach oil cooling lines (9, 10) from oil cooler (1)   AR27.10-P-0501-03LW
IMPORTANT Seal the connections using suitable SPECIAL TOOL stop plugs.

5 Detach coolant hoses (11, 12) from oil cooler (1) IMPORTANT Seal the connections using suitable stop plugs.

6 Push retaining clip (8) up and remove oil cooler (1) NOTES Carefully push up the retaining clip (8). The retaining clip (8) will otherwise be damaged.
If retaining clamp (8) is damaged

Secure oil cooler (1) at position marked by arrow using repair bolt (6) and washer (7).
 
7 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
8 Check fluid level in automatic transmission and adjust to correct level TRANSMISSION 722.96 in MODEL 205 AR27.00-P-0270SYZ
TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in MODEL 205 with ENGINE 177
TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in MODEL 205 with ENGINE 274.9
TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in MODEL 205 with ENGINE 276
TRANSMISSION 722.9 (except 722.96) in MODEL 205 with ENGINE 651
AR27.00-P-0270W 
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Perform engine test run, and check oil cooling lines (9, 10) and cooling system for leaktightness
