| 1 | Remove air conditioner housing | AR83.30-P-5200LW | |
| Disassemble/assemble | |||
| 2 | Remove heat exchanger | AR83.25-P-1100LW | |
| 3 | Remove screws/bolts (4) | ||
| 4 | Undo retaining lugs (5) and catches (6) and remove air distribution housing (1) from evaporator housing (3) | ||
| 5 | Remove screw/bolt (7) from air recirculation housing (2) | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (8) and place wiring harness to one side | ||
| 7 | Remove screws/bolts (9) and screw/bolt (10) from air recirculation housing (2) | ||
| 8 | Remove air recirculation housing (2) from evaporator housing (3) and place to one side | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolts (11) | ||
| 10 | Remove upper part of evaporator housing (3) and place to one side | ||
| 11 | Assemble in the reverse order | ||
| Install | |||
| 12 | Install air conditioner housing | AR83.30-P-5200LW |
