Remove/install left front or right rpm sensor - AR42.30-P-0712LW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key    
2 Remove corresponding complete wheel   AR40.10-P-1101A
3 Remove bolt (1)    
4 Lift bracket (2) over nut (arrow), pull off left front axle rpm sensor (L6/1) or right front axle rpm sensor (L6/2), pass electrical line (3) out of bracket (2) and hang bracket (2) to one side    
5 Disconnect electrical connector (5) on the level sensor If installed.  
6 Unclip bracket (7) from upper transverse control arm (6) If installed.  
7 Swing connecting linkage (8) and lever (9) upwards and fasten bracket (7) to upper transverse control arm (6) using a cable tie If installed.  
8 Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector (10) at the front axle electrical connection, right distributor (X62/6) or the front axle electrical connection, left distributor (X62/7)    
9 Unscrew the nut (11) of the fender interior trim    
10 Open bracket (4) and remove electrical line (3) from the bracket (4)    
11 Expose electrical line (3) of the left front axle rpm sensor (L6/1) or the right front axle rpm sensor (L6/2)    
12 Remove left front axle rpm sensor (L6/1) or right front axle rpm sensor (L6/2)    
13 Install in the reverse order    
14 Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and delete if necessary Model 205
