| 1 | Move soft top to repair position R2 | AR77.30-P-1030LWR | |
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 3 | Cover rear fender | ||
| 4 | Remove bolt (2) at top of hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
| 5 | Expose hydraulic lines (3) | ||
| 6 | Remove lock washers (4) from hydraulic lines (3) | ||
| 7 | Pull hydraulic lines (3) out of hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
| 8 | Close hydraulic lines (3) and connections of hydraulic cylinder (1) with stop plugs | Figure | |
| 9 | Lift retainer (5) with suitable screwdriver and unclip hydraulic cylinder (1) at bottom and remove | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 11 | Check/correct oil level of hydraulic unit | AR77.37-P-3501LCA |
