	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation  and risk of poisoning  caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing.		AR09.10-P-1150MRA
2	Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir.		AR09.41-P-0001MRA
		Only install upper engine cove after the leak test.
3	Release and disconnect electrical connections from oxygen sensor.		AR07.04-P-0021MRA
4	Unclip electric lines of lambda sensors from brackets.
5	Remove rear bracket of air filter housing.	M6X1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
6	Remove center and rear sections of lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105LW
		Only install center and rear lower rear engine compartment paneling again after leak test.
7	Remove clamp (3).	Replace clamp (3).
		Clamp, front exhaust system to catalytic converter/diesel particulate filter	*BA49.10-P-1005-02A
8	Remove catalytic converter (1) from exhaust gas turbocharger.	Replace clamp and seal.
		Engine 274.9 in model 205, 253 Clamp, exhaust line for catalytic converter to turbocharger	*BA49.10-P-1001-02A
9	Detach catalytic converter (1) from bracket (2) and remove upwards.	Engine 274.9 in model 205, 253 Nut, bracket for catalytic converter to crankcase bracket	*BA49.10-P-1003-02A
10	Remove lambda sensors.	When replacing catalytic converter (1).
			AR07.04-P-0021MRA
11	Remove combustion and corrosion residue at connecting points.
12	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13	Perform engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
14	Install upper engine cover.
15	Install center and rear lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105LW
