	Risk of explosion  from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns  from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury  through burns to skin and eyes from battery acid or when handling damaged lead-acid batteries	No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and glasses. Only pour battery acid into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by caustic burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes from battery electrolyte or due to short circuit. Risk of burn injuries  due to thermal changes. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing battery electrolyte.	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. 7	Remove right front floor covering

	Install
8	Fabricate wiring harness for SD card navigation		AN82.85-P-0007-05LW

9	Retrofit wiring harness for SD card navigation		AN82.85-P-0007-06LW
		Nut, positive line to instrument panel fuse box	*BA54.15-P-1005-01K

	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
13	Add special equipment to online vehicle data card	CODE 355 (Preinstallation for navigation retrofit) or CODE 357 (Map navigation)
14	Attach note "SD card navigation retrofitted as per AN82.85-P-0007LW " under field organization texts to design group 82
15	Connect diagnostic system and select vehicle via the vehicle identification number (VIN)

16	Perform variant coding with XENTRY using the software calibration number (SCN)	"Instrument cluster" "Head unit"
17	Disconnect diagnostic system
