| 2 | Press both catch hooks (3) at right head restraint guide (1) or left head restraint guide (2), as shown, with a screwdriver (4) and pull out left head restraint guide (1) or right head restraint guide (2) towards top | ||

| 3 | Insert new right head restraint guide (1) or new left head restraint guide (2) into backrest from above and engage | ||
