	Remove/install
1.1	Release backrest (2) and tilt forwards until corresponding head restraint (1) can be removed	Model 205.0/1 except code 287 (Folding rear seat backrests)

1.2	Release left or right backrest (2) and fold forwards until corresponding head restraint (1) can be removed	Model 205.0/1 with code 287 (Folding rear seat backrests) Model 205.2/3 Model 253
2	Remove panel (6) behind armrest (5)	Model 253 When removing center head restraint (1).

3	Remove retaining clip (arrow) of head restraint (1)	Model 253 When removing center head restraint (1).
4	Operate release (3) and pull head restraint (1) out of head restraint guides
5	Install in the reverse order
