| 1 | Remove airbag unit from steering wheel | AR91.60-D-0660C | |
| 2 | Turn the steering wheel into the center position and allow the steering wheel lock to engage | ||
| 3 | Remove screw/bolt (1) | ||

| 4 | Detach steering wheel from the steering column | ||
| 5 | Secure clock spring contact (2) against twisting with adhesive strip or if present with securing clamp (3) | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 7 | Perform road test to check the position of the steering wheel |
