Remove/Install Retarder Step Switch - Ar43.40-D-1003A

MODEL 906 with CODE (PB2) Mastercode retarder VMC

	Remove/install
1	Remove transmitter key from electronic ignition lock control unit
2	Remove side air vent		AR68.10-D-1100A
3	Pull rubber bellows (1) to rear	Latch rubber bellows (1) into catch (5).
4	Carefully pull locking clip (2) upwards	The locking clip (2) must audibly latch into place.
5	Remove selector lever (3)	Note installation position of selector lever (3), mark if necessary.
6	Unscrew nut (4)
7	Remove catch (5)
8	Detach wiring harness for retarder selector lever (S191/1) from connector
9	Remove retarder selector lever switch (S191/1) from rear and out of dashboard
10	Install in the reverse order
