1	Remove detachable parts in area to be repaired
2	Cover all detachable parts remaining on vehicle with spark protection blanket
3	Separate front longitudinal member (1)		AR62.20-D-1240-12H
4	Prepare front longitudinal member (1)		AR62.20-D-1240-13H
5	Prepare reinforcements for installation	Model 906 with code CV1 (Pre-installation for winter service vehicle)	AR62.20-D-1240-08H
	Install
6	Install front longitudinal member (1) and weld in
	000 588 02 84 00 Welder		WS60.00-P-0022K
			AR62.20-D-1240-14H
7	Install reinforcement on front longitudinal member (1) and weld in

		Model 906 with code CV1 (Pre-installation for winter service vehicle)	AR62.20-D-1240-15H
8	Clean weld joints and sheet metal flange with round wire brush
9	Remove spark protection blankets
10	Clean repair area
	Risk of explosion  caused by paint vapors igniting. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling paint vapors.	No smoking! No open fire! Use respiratory protection, protective clothing, gloves, safety glasses and protective skin cream. Ensure that the area is well ventilated.	AS98.00-Z-0002-01A
11	Prime repair area using primer filler	Use only primer filler approved by Daimler AG: http://xentryportal.mercedes-benz.com
12	Carry out seam sealing after repairs		AR97.10-D-4000H
		Supplement standard sealant with sealant.
