	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open tilting/sliding roof
2	Press left holder (2) on outside down with assembly wedge (3), as illustrated, and guide holder (2) out of roof hem	Carefully press bracket (2) down and move out. Can break otherwise. Ensure that pin (arrow A) on holder (2) is properly seated in opening (arrow B) in roof frame.

3	Press left bracket (2) on outside down with assembly wedge (3), as illustrated, and guide bracket (2) out of roof hem	Carefully press bracket (2) down and move out. Can break otherwise. Ensure that pin (arrow A) on holder (2) is properly seated in opening (arrow B) in roof frame.

4	Remove wind deflector (2)
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Connect Star Diagnosis, read out fault memory, perform teach-in run for sliding roof anti-pinch protection
