5	Cover vehicle interior in repair area

6	Cut out windshield (1) with window removal tool		AR67.10-P-1000-11SX
7	Remove windshield (1) from body with cup suction tools	Helper required.
	Install
8	Open driver-side window	Open side window in driver door until adhesive has cured (idle time). This prevents the windshield (1) from being pressed outwards by the sudden air pressure when the doors are closed.
9	Prepare body flange for installation of window		AR67.10-P-1501-01P
	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area		AH98.00-P-9408-06A
		Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the bonding surface. The bonding surface should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

10	Prepare windshield (1) for installation		AR67.10-P-1000-03P
		Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the bonding surface. The bonding surface should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

11	Replace rubber window spacers		AR67.10-P-1000-02T
		Remove protective foil from rubber window spacers only on one side.
12	Align windshield (1) in body opening		AR67.10-P-1000-04G
		Helper required. Distance between top edge of window and front edge of roof	*BE67.10-P-1001-01H

14	Apply adhesive material		AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the bonding surface. The bonding surface should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. Install windshield (1) within 5 min. after applying adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

15	Install windshield (1)		AR67.10-P-1503-01P
		Move vehicle only after adhesive has dried. Observe the drying time specified by the adhesive manufacturer. To ensure sufficient strength of the adhesive. The hood must be closed.
	Clean
16	Remove duct tape and cover material from vehicle
17	Clean area to be repaired
