	Remove
1	Remove air conditioner housing	AR83.30-P-5200LW
	Disassemble/assemble
2	Remove heat exchanger	AR83.25-P-1100LW
3	Remove screws/bolts (4)
4	Undo retaining lugs (5) and catches (6) and remove air distribution housing (1) from evaporator housing (3)
5	Remove screw/bolt (7) from air recirculation housing (2)
6	Disconnect electrical connection (8) and place wiring harness to one side
7	Remove screws/bolts (9) and screw/bolt (10) from air recirculation housing (2)
8	Remove air recirculation housing (2) from evaporator housing (3) and place to one side
9	Remove screw/bolts (11)
10	Remove upper part of evaporator housing (3) and place to one side
11	Assemble in the reverse order
	Install
12	Install air conditioner housing	AR83.30-P-5200LW
