| 1 | Remove air conditioner housing (A32) | AR83.30-P-5200LW | |
| 2 | Detach plastic mount (1) and remove seal (2) from coolant lines (3) | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connections (4) and place wiring harness to one side | ||
| 4 | Remove screws/bolts (5) and remove actuator unit with rear blend air flap actuator motor (M2/10) | ||
| 5 | Remove screws/bolts (6) and remove left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/8) | ||
| 6 | Remove bolts (7) | ||
| 7 | Detach retaining tabs (8) and remove heat exchanger (9) | ||
| 8 | Detach retaining clips (10) and remove coolant lines (3) from heat exchanger (9) | Replace sealing rings and retaining clips (10). Otherwise leaktightness cannot be guaranteed. |
