Retrofit AMG trim parts - AZ88.00-P-0001LW

MODEL 205 

REMOVING Remove     
1 Print and fill out form "Excerpt from EH type approval" * For Germany only  
2 Remove front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2000LW 
IMPORTANT Remove parts required for conversion from standard bumper (see conversion instructions).
3 Disassemble front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2050LW 
4 Remove rear bumper MODEL 205.0/1  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2200LW 
IMPORTANT Remove parts required for conversion from standard bumper (see conversion instructions).
IMPORTANT On vehicles with 4-cylinder gasoline engine, always replace rear muffler (see parts ordering notes).
5 Remove left and right longitudinal member paneling    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.80-P-6000LW 
INSTALLING Install     
6 Converting front bumper MODEL 205  
AZ88.00-P-0001-02LW
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
IMPORTANT The parts listed in the parts ordering note in addition to the standard scope and not included in the scope of delivery must be ordered separately according to the specific equipment and national version (see parts ordering note).
7 Install front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2000LW 
8 Adjust front bumper    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2001LW 
9 Converting rear bumper MODEL 205.0/1  
AZ88.00-P-0001-03LW
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
IMPORTANT The parts listed in the parts ordering note in addition to the standard scope and not included in the scope of delivery must be ordered separately according to the specific equipment and national version (see parts ordering note).
10 Install rear bumper MODEL 205.0/1  
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.20-P-2200LW 
11 Install left and right longitudinal member paneling    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR AR88.80-P-6000LW 
IMPORTANT The trim parts in the accessories and replacement part scope of delivery are primed and should be painted to match the color of the car before installation.
Transfer attachment parts from series production parts and check for damage, replace if necessary.
12 Document retrofitted equipment via vehicle documentation (VeDoc) IMPORTANT Attach note "AMG trim parts retrofitted according to AZ88.00P0001LW".
