	Notes on coolant		AH20.00-N-2080-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove front section of lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LF
2	Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit	Collect coolant in a suitable container. Detach lower coolant hose on the coolant connection (2). Open cap of the coolant expansion reservoir for the low-temperature circuit. Coolant mixing ratio	*BF20.00-P-1001-04A
3	Remove charge air pipe		AR09.41-P-8620LFA
4	Detach coolant hoses on coolant connections (2)
5	Detach vent line at thermostat housing hose
6	Detach vent line (4) on charge air cooler (3)
7	Disconnect electrical line at charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) and on pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6)
8	Unclip retaining clamp (1), pull charge air cooler (3) to the front and to the left side of vehicle and remove upwards
9	Detach connection piece between throttle valve	When replacing the charge air cooler (3).
10	Remove charge air temperature sensor (B178)	When replacing the charge air cooler (3).
11	Remove pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6)	When replacing the charge air cooler (3).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Check cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010LF
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
14	Carry out an engine test run while checking the cooling system for leaktightness and the engine for proper operation
