| 1 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 2 | Detach charge air cooler (1) and pull to the front with attached coolant hoses | AR09.41-P-6819LFA | |
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connection at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 4 | Remove screw/bolt (3) | *BA09.20-P-1004-01T | |
| 5 | Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 7 | Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary | ||
