| 2 | Disconnect electrical connection for front brake wear sensor (5) | ||
| 3 | Unscrew screw/bolt (1) and place front brake wear sensor electrical connector (5) to one side | When replacing brake caliper (2). | |

| 9 | Check brake caliper (2) and dust boots of brake pistons for leaktightness and damage | If complaint present ↓ Replace brake caliper (2) |

| Clean | |||
| 10 | Clean contact surfaces of brake linings in brake caliper (2) | While doing so, do not damage the dust boots on the brake piston. Do not use sharp-edged or pointy tools. Otherwise the brake caliper (2) will be damaged. |
