Switching on
The wiper park position heater is switched on automatically if the conditions below are met:
- Circuit 61 ON (engine running)
- Outside air temperature less than 5 °C
Off
The wiper park position heater is switched off automatically if one of the conditions below is met:
- C. 61 OFF
- Outside air temperature greater than 5 °C
- Wiper system is not operated within 25 min. at an engine temperature of less than 70 °C
- Wiper system is not operated within 15 min. at an engine temperature of more than 70 °C
- Wiper system is not operated within 10 min. when the vehicle is at a standstill
