	Remove/install
	Before opening the hydraulic system of the power steering, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even minute particles of dirt, introduced into the hydraulic components, can result in malfunctions or damage to the power steering

1.1	Remove air filter housing	Engine 272, 273	AR09.10-P-1150SX

1.2	Remove left-hand air filter housing	Engine 275	AR09.10-P-1150LA
2	Remove poly-V belt	Engine 272, 273	AR13.20-P-0001SX
		Engine 275	AR13.20-P-0001SZ
		Engine 642	AR13.22-P-1202SXI
3	Remove expansion reservoir (2)	Engine 272, 273, 275	AR46.25-P-1000SX
		Engine 642	AR46.25-P-1000SXI
4	Remove windshield washer fluid reservoir	Engine 275	AR82.35-P-6000SX
5	Detach pressure line (3) from the power steering pump (1)		Fig 2

6	Disconnect the electrical connector at the pressure regulator valve (Y10/1)
7	Detach power steering pump (1) from timing case cover by unscrewing the bolts (4)		*BA46.30-P-1001-01F
8	Detach ground line (6) from power steering pump (1); to do this, unscrew bolt (5)		*BA46.30-P-1005-01F
9	Remove screw (7)		*BA46.30-P-1001-01F
10	Take out power steering pump (1)
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Fill and bleed power steering pump (1)		AR46.30-P-0010SX
