Remove/install hydraulic line of power steering - AR46.25-P-3015SXC

MODEL 221.0/1, 216 connecting lines to oil cooler, without electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Before opening the hydraulic system, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system    
1.1 Remove the left engine intake air duct Vehicles with engine 272, 273 without code 487 Active Body Control (ABC)  
See "Remove/install air filter housing". AR09.10-P-1150SX
1.2 Remove engine trim panel Engine 642 AR01.10-P-2405SXI
2 Suction off oil from expansion reservoir (2) SPECIAL TOOL Figure
3 Detach left air ducting from radiator crossmember and remove See Remove/install cooler of power steering:  
Model 216, 221 except model 216.379, 221.179 AR46.25-P-3020SX 
Model 216.379, 221.179 AR46.25-P-3020SXM 
4 Detach bracket (7)    
5 Detach clamps (4, 5) of connecting lines (1, 3)    
6 Detach connecting line (1) from expansion reservoir (2) and oil cooler (6) and remove SPECIAL TOOL Figure
7 Detach connecting line (3) from return line and oil cooler (6) and remove SPECIAL TOOL Figure
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Fill power steering pump and bleed   AR46.30-P-0010SX
