Replace front crankshaft radial sealing ring - AR03.20-P-3000SXI

REMOVING Removing     
1 Remove belt pulley/vibration damper   AR03.30-P-1600SXI 
2 Use a screwdriver to press out crankshaft radial seal (1)    
INSTALLING Install     
3 Install front crankshaft radial seal (1) NOTES In order achieve leaktightness of the new crankshaft radial sealing ring (1), it is essential not to damage the crankshaft and mounting hole for the crankshaft radial sealing ring (1). Use a clean cloth as a base. AR03.20-P-3000-01SXI
SPECIAL TOOL Centering sleeve Fig 2
4 Install belt pulley/vibration damper IMPORTANT In order to assure leaktightness of the new crankshaft radial sealing ring (1), check tread of hub for galling. AR03.30-P-1600SXI 
DANGER Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

5 Check for oil leaks with engine running
