Replace front crankshaft radial sealing ring - AR03.20-P-3000SX

	Remove/install
1	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper (2)		AR03.30-P-1600SX
2	Press out crankshaft radial sealing ring (5) from the mounting bore using a screwdriver	Do not damage crankshaft and mounting bore. Use a clean rag as a base while pressing out; otherwise there can be leakage.
		Install front crankshaft radial sealing ring (5).	AR03.20-P-3000-01B

	Checking
3	Check contact surface of crankshaft radial sealing ring (5) at hub of belt pulley/vibration damper (2)	The belt pulley/vibration damper (2) must be replaced if there are score marks and galling.
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Check engine oil level; correct if necessary
	Engine oil and filter change		AP18.00-P-0101SX
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Carry out an engine test run and check engine for leaks
