Remove/install front cover on cylinder head - AR01.30-P-5700MR

	Remove/install
1	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-P-1142H
2	Remove right cylinder head cover (1)		AR01.20-P-5014H
3	Remove coolant thermostat housing (2)		AR20.10-P-2710M
4	Remove poly-V belt	ENGINE 285 in MODEL 240	AR13.22-P-1202H
		ENGINE 275 in MODEL 215, 220, 230	AR13.22-P-1202L
		ENGINE 275 in MODEL 216, 221	AR13.20-P-0001SZ
5	Remove guide pulley (3)	Bolt, guide pulley to front cover on right	*BA01.30-P-1002-01G
6	Detach pneumatic lines (4, 5) from air injection (6) air shutoff valve
7	Check pneumatic lines (4, 5) for damage
8	Remove screw/bolts (7) and remove right front cover (8)
	Notes on sealant path for front cover to cylinder head xxx		AH01.30-P-1000-02C
		Screw/bolts (7, 7 piece). Replace seal (9) and O-ring (10). Note sealant path on front cover (8).
		Right front cover on cylinder head	*BA01.30-P-1001-01G
		Loctite 5970 sealant	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A
		Application gun	Figure
	Clean
9	Clean sealing surfaces on front cover (8) and cylinder head		AR01.00-P-0050-01A
		Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can be damaged otherwise.
		Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A
		Loctite 7063 cleaning spray (150 ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
10	Install in the reverse order
