	Remove/install
	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove water deflector over wiper system	MODEL 164	AR83.25-P-1406GZ
2	Detach water collector	MODEL 166
		Do not detach washer fluid hose at windshield washer nozzles. Otherwise the windshield washer nozzles break off. Place water collector with windshield washer nozzles and with connected washer fluid hose to one side.	AR83.25-P-1402GQ
3	Disconnect electrical connector for wiper park position heater and unclip	MODEL 166
4	Remove bolt (1)	Do not change the installation position of the wiper system bracket (3) at the partition wall or bracket at the partition wall. Otherwise the contact pressure of the wiper arms changes and thus the wiping pattern.
5	Remove bolts (2)	Bolt for window wiper frame to body	*BA82.30-P-1003-01J
6	Lift wiper system (4) and disconnect electrical connector (5) from wiper motor (M6/1)
7	Remove wiper system (4)
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Perform function test of wiper system
