Detaching
- Unscrew nut (1a) and pull out bolt (1).
- Remove bracket (2).
- Swivel jacket tube (71) upwards out of mounting console (87).
For this do not loosen the knee-lever connections (A, 6 pieces) under any circumstances as this causes play in the steering column.
Attaching
- Move the jacket tube (71) into the mounting console (87).
- Mount bracket (2).
- Mount and tighten the bolt (1) and nut (1a). (
1st stage)
- Loosen bolted connection and tighten again. (
