Remove/install the drive motor for front seat height adjustment - AR91.29-P-6013SC

Seat height adjustment motor

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove left or right front seat   AR91.10-P-1000SC 
2 Remove outer front trim (1) and outer rear trim (2)   AR91.10-P-1200SC 
3 Use heat gun to heat up bolts (3) and then remove them IMPORTANT Install new bolts (3).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.10-P-1003-01O 
4 Unscrew nuts (4)    
5 Unscrew bolt (5).    
6 Remove cable tie (6)    
7 Detach electrical connector (7) and remove left front seat height adjustment motor (M27/10) or right front seat height adjustment motor (M28/10) NOTES Release electrical connector (7) carefully, risk of breakage to electrical connector plug (7). The plug is not available as a replacement part.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Push seat cushion (8) down slightly when positioning the left front seat height adjustment motor (M27/10) or the right front seat height adjustment motor (M28/10).
 
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Normalize front seat    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
