Remove/install pyrofuse electrical connector - AR54.15-P-1100CW

REMOVING Removing     
1.1 Disconnect ground line for on-board electrical system battery (G1) Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646 or with code (B03) ECO start/stop function AR54.10-P-0003CW 
1.2 Remove on-board electrical system battery (G1) Model 204.0/2 except engine 642, 646
Model 204.0/2 without code (B03) ECO start/stop function
Model 204.3 without code (B03) ECO start/stop function
AR54.10-P-0005CW 
2 Unclip air duct (1) (arrow A) and remove Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646  
3.1 Release pyrofuse 88 (F32f88) and detach electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) from front prefuse box (F32) On vehicles without code (B03) ECO start/stop function  
3.2 Release pyrofuse 88 (F32f88) and detach electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) from positive terminal of on-board electrical system battery (G1) For vehicles with code (B03) ECO Start Stop function  
4 Expose wiring harness for electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49)    
5 Remove insulation (4) from wiring harness of electrical connector for pyrofuse (X4/49) to behind damaged area and cut off wiring harness    
6 Cut repair wiring harness (5) to match the removed part and connect to wiring harness for electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) using solder connector (6). Then wrap repaired area with fabric tape (7) IMPORTANT Observe the color coding of the cables of the repair wiring harness (5) and of the wiring harness of the electrical connector (X4/49) (3). AR00.19-P-0100A
INSTALLING Install     
7 Route wiring harness of electrical connector for pyrofuse (X4/49) to front prefuse box (F32) and fix in position. NOTES Route wiring harness for electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) such that it isn't damaged through chafing or crushing.  
8.1 Connect electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) to front prefuse box (F32) and lock pyrofuse 88 (F32f88) On vehicles without code (B03) ECO start/stop function  
8.2 Connect electrical connection for pyrofuse (X4/49) to positive terminal of on-board electrical system battery (G1) and lock pyrofuse 88 (F32f88) For vehicles with code (B03) ECO Start Stop function  
9 Position air duct (1) and clip in (arrows A) Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646  
10.1 Connect ground line for on-board electrical system battery (G1) Model 204.0/2 with engine 642, 646 or with code (B03) ECO start/stop function AR54.10-P-0003CW 
10.2 Install on-board electrical system battery (G1) Model 204.0/2 except engine 642, 646
Model 204.0/2 without code (B03) ECO start/stop function
Model 204.3 without code (B03) ECO start/stop function
