	Remove/install
	Risk of explosion  from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns  from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury  through burns to skin and eyes from battery acid or when handling damaged lead-acid batteries	No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing and glasses. Only pour battery acid into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A

1	Disconnect ground line (2) from the on-board electrical system battery (G1)		AR54.10-P-0003CW
2	Remove covering (6) and detach positive line (7) from on-board electrical system battery (G1)	Nut, battery cable to on-board electrical system battery negative terminal/positive terminal	*BA54.10-P-1006-01F
3	Disconnect vent hose (3) from on-board electrical system battery (G1)	Check bleed hose (3) is correctly seated.
4.1	Unscrew bolts (4) of mounting rail (5)	MODEL 204.0/2 (except 204.077/277) except ENGINE 642, 646 MODEL 204.3 (except 204.377)

4.2	Unscrew nut (8) of mounting rail (5)	MODEL 204.0/2 with ENGINE 642, 646 MODEL 204.077/277 MODEL 204.377
		Nut/bolt, battery mounting rail	*BA54.10-P-1001-01F
5	Remove mounting rail (5)
6	Remove on-board electrical system battery (G1)
7	Install in the reverse order
