	Risk of explosion  caused by welding or soldering work on closed air conditioning system. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid refrigerant.	Do not perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. 	Draining

2	Unscrew dust caps at the test and filler connection of high-pressure line (1) and low-pressure line (2) and connect air conditioning service unit

		Follow the operating instructions for the air conditioning service unit.
3	Suction off refrigerant	Note down suctioned off oil fill capacity.
	Evacuate
4	Clean refrigerant and evacuate air conditioning system

		Follow the operating instructions for the air conditioning service unit.
	Filling
5	Feed new compressor oil into refrigerant circuit	Observe previously noted oil fill capacity. Otherwise, a wrongly measured oil filling capacity could damage the refrigerant compressor.

8	Disconnect the air conditioning service unit and screw on dust caps at the test and filler connection of high-pressure line (1) and low-pressure line (2)
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. 9	Test run engine and check air conditioning for proper operation at idle speed
10	Check air conditioning system for leaks with leak detector
