Remove/Install Collision Prevention Assist Control Unit - Ar54.70-D-0002M

906 with code JA6 (Active Brake Assist System) with code XM0 (Facelift)

  Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Unfasten front bumper (1) on right side of vehicle and secure on front module using a cable tie   AR88.20-D-2000M
NOTES Remove front bumper (1) from right fender liner and cross member (2) until the electrical connector (3) is accessible. Helper required.  
2 Disconnect electrical connection (3)    
3 Take off COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST control unit (B162) from bumper at front (1) and remove IMPORTANT First lift COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST control unit (B162) using SPECIAL TOOL assembly wedge (arrow a), and then guide it out of bumper at front (1) (arrow b).

4 Install in the reverse order
