Remove/Install Collision Prevention Assist Control Unit - Ar54.70-D-0002M

	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Unfasten front bumper (1) on right side of vehicle and secure on front module using a cable tie		AR88.20-D-2000M
		Remove front bumper (1) from right fender liner and cross member (2) until the electrical connector (3) is accessible. Helper required.
2	Disconnect electrical connection (3)
3	Take off COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST control unit (B162) from bumper at front (1) and remove	First lift COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST control unit (B162) using assembly wedge (arrow a), and then guide it out of bumper at front (1) (arrow b).
		Mounting wedge	Fig 1
4	Install in the reverse order
