Remove/install throttle valve actuator - AR07.61-P-1401MRE

	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover
2	Remove charge air cooler (1) and place with attached lines and hoses to one side		AR09.41-P-6817MRE
3	Disconnect electrical connection at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Remove screws/bolts (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Tighten screw/bolts (3) in diagonally opposite sequence.
		Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air distributor	*BA30.20-P-1002-01C
5	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Replace seals. Ensure correct seating of the seals.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
