| 1 | Drain off coolant | AR20.00-P-1142MR | |
| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit | AR09.41-P-6834CD | |
| 3 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050MRE | |
| 4 | Disconnect coolant line (1) on cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 5 | Disconnect coolant line (1) on cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Disconnect coolant line (1) on cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 7 | Disconnect coolant line (1) on cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 8 | Remove coolant line (2c) from coolant pump at charge air cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Unclip air duct segment (3, 4) and place to one side | ||
| 10 | Secure radiator package against falling down | ||
| 11 | Unclip cooler (1) from radiator package (arrow) | ||
| 12 | Take out radiator (1) in an upward direction | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 14 | Check engine cooling system for leaktightness | AR20.00-P-1010MR | |
| 15 | Check low-temperature circuit for leaktightness | AR09.41-P-1010CD |
