DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

INSPECT Check
1 Adjust heater to maximum heat output
2 Unscrew cap (1) slowly at expansion reservoir (2) and relieve overpressure
3 Check coolant level and antifreeze content coolant
IMPORTANT Notes on coolant level AH20.00-P-1142-01MR
FLUID SPECIFICATION Coolant mixing ratio
In a case of the antifreeze content of the coolant being too low:

Add antifreeze or replace the coolant.

5 Connect pressure pump (4) at test cap (3) SPECIAL TOOL Pressure pump Figure
6 Apply a test pressure to the engine cooling system for 2 minutes NOTES
Do not exceed the specified test pressure. Damage can occur on the engine cooling system otherwise.
IMPORTANT There should be no loss of pressure within a period of 2 minutes.
