Remove/install refrigerator box - AR86.61-P-1010SXS

MODEL 221.1 with CODE (Z07) Top protection with refrigerator box

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by welding or soldering work on refrigerant circuit on refrigerator box. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid refrigerant. Never perform welding work on or near refrigerator box or compressor. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated areas. AS86.61-Z-0001-02H
NOTES Action if refrigerant circuit in refrigerator box is damaged   AH86.61-P-0002-01H
IMPORTANT Notes on handling R134a refrigerant   AH86.61-P-0003-01H
IMPORTANT Notes on handling components for refrigerant circuit in refrigerator box   AH86.61-P-0004-01H
1 Remove right rear seat cushion (3)   AR91.12-P-1020SXS
2 Remove left rear seat backrest (2)   AR91.12-P-1620SXS
3 Place damping mat (4) to side    
4 Cut insulation above couplings (arrow B) on refrigerator lines (5, 7) and fold to side INSTALLATION IMPORTANT The refrigerant line (5, 7) must be covered completely with insulation, if necessary replace insulation.  
5 Counterhold refrigerant lines (5, 7) and disconnect couplings (arrow B) IMPORTANT The refrigerator box refrigerant compressor can be separated from the refrigerator box (1) through valves in the couplings (arrow B) of the refrigerant lines (5, 7) without having to extract the refrigerant.  
6 Disconnect electrical connector (6)    
7 Unclip refrigerator box (1) on left and right from front bracket (9) (arrow A) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that the refrigerator box (1) is seated correctly in the rear bracket (8) and front bracket (9)  
8 Carefully remove refrigerator box (1) NOTES Ensure that the refrigerator lines (5, 7) do not kink, otherwise the refrigerator lines (5, 7) are damaged and proper function of the refrigerator box (1) is not ensured.  
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Empty refrigerant circuit in refrigerator box (1), evacuate and charge When replacing refrigerator box (1). AR86.61-P-1022SXS 
11 Check cooling output of refrigerator box (1)   AR86.61-P-1023SXS 
12 Check refrigerant circuit for leaks
