MODEL 220 with CODE (352a) COMAND operating and display system except CODE (862) TV per-equipment with CODE (860) TV tuner

	Removing
	Notes on COMAND software status	Model 220
1	Connect quiescent current retention unit		*WH58.30-Z-1012-09A
2	Disconnect ground cable of battery
3	Remove COMAND operating, display and control module.	A sticker is located on the right side of the unit with the designation of the software status "Q15 and higher are TV capable". On units with Q14 and lower update software to status Q15 with update CD.
4	Remove cover above shift lever
5	Remove driver's seat
6	Remove left rear seat
7	Open left wiring ducts
8	Remove paneling from left and right C-pillars
9	Lower headliner at rear
10	Expose antenna amplifier module
11	Remove side cover on left side of trunk
12	Remove standard wiring harness of TV tuner	Is replaced by a new wiring harness.
	Install
13	Retrofit TV tuner wiring harness		AN82.60-P-0001-03A
14	Retrofitting rear screen	See installation instructions from special equipment.	AN82.60-P-0002A
15	Fit remaining parts to vehicle	11 - 1
16	Install software update for TV tuner	for control parts with Q14 and lower	AN82.60-P-0001-02B
