1	Remove paneling in luggage compartment
			AR68.30-P-4600SX
2	Remove luggage compartment SAM	Only loosen luggage compartment SAM and pull toward the rear, do not disconnect.
			AR54.21-P-1258SX
3	Remove on-board electrical system battery	Only loosen on-board electrical system battery and swivel to one side, do not disconnect.
		Model 216.3 up to 1.6.08 except for CODE (809) Model year 2009	AR54.10-P-0009SX

4	Remove rear seat cushion
			AR91.12-P-1020SC
5	Remove rear seat backrest
			AR91.12-P-1620SC
6	Fold back insulating mat below rear seat
7	Remove standard inner door sill molding on left and right	The inner door sill moldings are discontinued parts. They are replaced with the illuminated door sill moldings.	AZ68.30-P-0005SC
8	Remove rear passenger compartment side trim panel
			AR68.30-P-4780SC
	Install
9	Connect illuminated door sill moldings wiring harness		AZ82.20-P-0001-02SCC
10	Connect inner front illuminated door sill moldings (1) and perform function check	Only connect inner illuminated door sill moldings and place into the vehicle for function check purposes, do not mount. The illuminated door sill molding is activated by opening a door. The illuminated door sill moldings switch off automatically after approx. 5 minutes.
11	Install remaining parts onto vehicle	Steps 8, 6 to 1. Route and fasten the connector plugs of the inner illuminated door sills so that they are covered by the rear side paneling.
12	Retrofit outer door sill moldings		AZ68.30-P-0005SC
13	Carry out function check
