Remove/install intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1310EVO

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Grasp with both hands and pry off. Check gasket, replace if necessary. When putting the engine cover in place, ensure that the seal is correctly seated at the oil filler neck. The seal should not be pressed down by the engine cover, but must lie against the engine cover.
2	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150EVO
3	Disconnect connectors for electrical lines (3) to throttle valve actuator (M16/6), actuator motor (M59), pressure sensor (B28/7) and temperature sensor (B17/8)
4	Unclip electrical wiring harness (7) on intake manifold (1)
5	Detach charge air hose (8) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
6	Remove line (4) from intake manifold (1)	Fit a new hose clamp.
7	Detach hose from sound generator on intake manifold (1) at the front
8	Remove poly-V belt	If necessary
			AR13.20-P-0001CW
9	Loosen power steering pump and put to one side with lines connected	If necessary
			AR46.30-P-0500EVO
10	Detach hose (6) from combination valve	If installed
11	Remove screw/bolts (2) on intake manifold (1)	Bolt, intake manifold to cylinder head	*BA09.20-P-1001-01I
12	Detach purge line from vent valve on underside of intake pipe
13	Remove intake manifold (1) upwards	Pay attention to correct routing of the hose (6).
14	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6), actuator motor (M59), pressure sensor (B28/7) and temperature sensor (B17/8) from intake manifold (1)	When replacing intake manifold (1)
15	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
16	Carry out an engine test run and check intake tract and fuel system for leaks
