Perform initialization of DTR control unit after replacing turn rate sensor, added

Step 9

	Remove/install
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS control unit	On vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go: Press keyless go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).
2	Remove right front floor covering		AR68.20-P-2070GZ
3	Remove soundproofing (1)
4	Unscrew nuts (2) and remove right intermediate bottom (3)
5	Disconnect electrical connector (4)
6	Unscrew nuts (5) and remove turn rate sensor (B24/15)	Observe correct installation position. The turn rate sensor (B24/15) is sensitive to shocks.
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Carry out road test as per STAR DIAGNOSIS	After replacing the turn rate sensor (B24/15)
9	Perform initialization of DTR control unit with STAR DIAGNOSIS	After replacing the turn rate sensor (B24/15) on vehicles with code (219) Distronic (DTR)
