Remove/install headlamp cleaning system pump - AR82.35-P-6003GZ

MODEL 164 with CODE (600) Headlamp cleaning system

	Remove/install
1	Remove front section of fender liner in front fender		AR88.10-P-1310GZ
2	Detach washer fluid hose (1) from main headlamp washer fluid pump (3)	Collect washer fluid which flows out.
		Set of plugs	Figure
3	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from main headlamp washer fluid pump (3)
4	Pull main headlamp washer fluid pump (3) out from washer fluid reservoir (5)	Installation:  Use new gasket!
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Top up washer fluid reservoir (5)
	Windshield washer system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level		AP82.35-P-8210GZ
7	Check windshield washer system for proper function	Switch on ignition and check the function of the pump for the headlamp cleaning system by actuating the combination switch. A sufficient quantity of washer fluid must spray out of the spray nozzles.
