| When working on raised driver-side wiper arm (1) or passenger-side wiper arm (2), it has to be observed that they do not fall onto the windshield to prevent it from being damaged. | |||
| Outside the park position, the driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2), can be separately and manually adjusted, when the transmitter key is removed, because the master wiper motor and slave wiper motor are not mechanically connected. In the park position the driver-side wiper arm (1) is locked in place by the master wiper motor and the passenger-side wiper arm (2) by the slave wiper motor. Any movement of the driver-side wiper arm (1) or the passenger-side wiper arm (2), out of the park position, is then only possible when the wiper system is switched on. | |||
