The driver-side wiper arm or the passenger side wiper arm, in the lower section of the wipe pattern, has to be adjusted at a distance of approx. 100 mm (driver-side wiper arm) or approx. 70 mm (passenger side wiper arm) to the water collector.

The driver-side wiper arm or the passenger side wiper arm is always adjusted in the lower section of the wipe pattern.

Take adjustment levers (Z4) from the adjustment tool set.

Install angle gauge (A) with adapter on wiper arm to be adjusted.
Lower wiper arm until all three contact points of the base of the angle gauge (A) touch the windshield.
Position adjustment lever (Z4) as far away from each other as possible.
The wiper arm is twisted with the aid of the adjustment lever (Z4), which was positioned next to the angle gauge (A). The second adjustment lever (Z4) is used as a counterholder.
Push adjustment lever (Z4) into the required direction, until the angle of incidence of the wiper arm is in the tolerance range.
Remove adjustment lever (Z4) from wiper arm.
Detach angle gauge (A) with adapter from adjusted wiper arm.
