	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
		Before opening the hydraulic system the area surrounding the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly. Even the smallest dirt particles, introduced into the hydraulic components, can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the hydraulic system.
		The oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) are split in two and the sections can be replaced separately. Only the removal of the entire oil cooling line (1r or 1z) is described. If only a section of the oil cooling line (1r or 1z) has to be replaced, the oil cooling line (1r or 1z) can be disconnected at the front connecting point (8).
1	Disconnect oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) from radiator (5) and remove (arrow)	Do not kink or bend oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) to prevent leaks and damage. Collect automatic transmission fluid which escapes and seal line connections with stop plugs.	AR27.10-P-0501-03CW

2	Detach double clamp (2)
3	Detach retaining clips (4) from engine oil pan (7)		*BA27.55-P-1003-01D
4	Remove bolts (3) and pull oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) out of transmission (6)	Do not kink or bend oil lines (1r, 1z) to prevent leaks and damage. Collect automatic transmission fluid which escapes and seal line connections with stop plugs. Installation  : Replace O-rings.	*BA27.55-P-1002-01D

5	Detach both engine mounts from front axle carrier	When removing left oil cooling line (1z)

6	Attach engine hoist and raise engine	When removing left oil cooling line (1z) Raise engine until the front engine mounts are completely relieved of load.	AR33.10-P-0105CW
7	Remove oil cooling lines (1r, 1z) to rear
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Check transmission oil level and correct if necessary		AR27.00-P-0270W
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Carry out engine test run	Check transmission (6) for leaks and proper operation.
