Adjust camber and caster at the front axle - AR40.20-P-0263CW

REMOVING Remove     
1.1 Remove both lower engine compartment paneling Model 204.9 AR61.20-P-1105CY
1.2 Remove engine compartment paneling Model 204.0/2 with gasoline engine  
    Model 207 with gasoline engine AR61.20-P-1105EW
    Model 172 with gasoline engine AR61.20-P-1105W
1.3 Remove bottom sections of soundproofing Model 204.0/2 with diesel engine  
    Model 207 with diesel engine AR94.30-P-5300EW
    Model 172 with diesel engine AR94.30-P-5300W
2 Raise the vehicle at the front axle    
  Adjust     
3 Install repair bolt (19c) IMPORTANT Screw on the nut (19b) of the repair bolt (19c) until it abuts, however do not tighten yet, so that the rubber mount of the strut rod (18) or cross strut (17) can twist when rocking vehicle to settle the suspension.
Camber at vehicle level:		 AR40.20-P-0322-01CW

    Model 207 *BE40.20-P-1001-13Q 
    Permissible difference in front axle camber between right and left side of vehicle:  
    Model 172 *BE40.20-P-1002-13AA 
    Model 204 *BE40.20-P-1002-13O 
    Model 207 *BE40.20-P-1002-13Q 
    Check caster, assign tabular value:  
    4 Model 172 AR40.20-P-0322-03W
    Model 204.0/2 (except model 204.077/277/08/28/09/29) AR40.20-P-0322-03CW

Permissible difference in caster between the right and left side of the vehicle:		 AR40.20-P-0322-03EC
    Model 172 *BE40.20-P-1001-20A

4 Recheck vehicle level at front axle after adjusting the camber and caster. IMPORTANT The vehicle level must correspond to the quoted specified values. AR40.20-P-0301CW 
5 Tighten the nut (19b) of the repair bolt (19c) NOTES The repair bolt (19c) must not be turned after fixing. When tightening the nut (19b), counterhold the repair bolt (19c). The lock tabs in the front axle carrier can otherwise be damaged.
