Remove/install steering wheel - AR46.10-P-0100CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Turn steering wheel (1) into the center position (front wheels in straight-ahead position)    
DANGERDanger!  Risk of injury  caused by performing testing or repair work on airbag or emergency tensioning retractor units Store airbag units with deployment side facing up; do not expose to temperatures greater than 100 °C. When working on these units, disconnect the power supply. AS91.00-Z-0001-01A
2 Remove airbag unit from steering wheel (1) Model 204.0/2 up to model year 2012/YoM 11 AR91.60-P-0660CW
    Model 204.9

    Model 207 AR91.60-P-0660EW
3 Remove bolt (1s), in the process counterhold the steering wheel (1) IMPORTANTInstallation  : Replace bolt.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA46.10-P-1001-02J 
4 Remove steering wheel (1) DANGERInstallation:  Align recesses of the serrations (arrows) in the steering wheel with the markings on the steering shaft.  
5 Install in the reverse order    
6 Conduct a road test INSPECT Checking during the test drive:  
    Turn signal reset  If displacement is more than one tooth, problem-free canceling of flashers is not guaranteed.  
    Supplemental restraint system indicator lamp (A1e15)   
    The supplemental restraint system indicator lamp should not light up when the steering wheel is turned to its full-lock position in either direction.  
    Steering wheel position:  If the steering wheel is not straight, offset it by max. one tooth.
