| It is necessary to replace all parts present in the repair kit, even if only one part of the panoramic roof mechanical system is defective. Otherwise proper function of the panoramic roof is not permanently ensured | |||
| 1 | Remove front glass roof | AR77.21-P-0500CW | |
| 2 | Move panoramic sliding roof switch in "OPEN" direction and move panoramic roof mechanical system until left and right bottom front gate (4) are accessible. | ||
| 3 | Loosen gasket (5) in area of bottom front gate (4) | ||
| 4 | Loosen bolt (6), do not unscrew completely and remove bottom front gate (4) | ||
| 5 | Actuate panoramic sliding roof switch in "CLOSE" direction and move panoramic roof mechanical system until the sliding pins (8) on the left and right top gate (1) make contact to the cutout (arrow) on the corresponding guide rail (7) | ||
| 6 | Remove top gate (1) together with control slider (2) toward front and upward from guide rail (7) | ||
| 7 | Unscrew nut (10) and remove washer | ||
| 8 | Remove bolt (11) | ||
| 9 | Remove top gate (1), control slider (2) and bottom rear gate (9) | ||
| 10 | Move panoramic sliding roof switch in "CLOSE" direction and move panoramic roof mechanical system until left and right bottom drive slider (3) are completely moved toward front. | ||
| 11 | Position drive sliders (3) in guide rail (7) in the front area at an angle as shown | ||
| 12 | Actuate panoramic roof sliding switch in the "CLOSE" direction and move the panoramic roof mechanical system until the drive slider (3) can be removed. Then remove drive slider (3) from guide rail (7) | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order |
