Remove/install and disassemble rear shelf - AR68.30-P-4580CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove rear seat cushion On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window AR91.12-P-1020CW
2.1 Remove rear seat backrest For vehicles without code (287) Through-loading feature AR91.12-P-1620CW
2.2 Fold back both rear seat backrests For vehicles with code (287) Through-loading feature  
3.1 Remove left and right C-pillar paneling and lay down to side with installed belt end fittings On vehicles without code (540) Electric rear window roller blind AR68.30-P-4490CW 
3.2 Remove left and right seat belt in rear On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window AR91.40-P-0681CW
4 Remove expansion clips (2) together with buffers (3)    
5 Disconnect rear window roller sun blind motor electrical connector (M24x1) On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window  
6 Remove bolts (4) and nuts (5) On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window  
7 Lift rear shelf panel (1) in front area and pull out toward front    
8 Complete cutouts for belt guide and rear seat backrests on new rear shelf panel (1) Only when replacing rear shelf panel (1) on vehicles without code (287) Through-loading feature
Keyhole saw
 
9 Install in the reverse order    
DISASSEMBLINGASSEMBLING Disassembling, assembling     
10 Unclip belt guide cover (6) from rear shelf panel (1) For vehicles with code (287) Through-loading feature
IMPORTANT It is also possible to remove the belt guide cover (6) from the installed rear shelf panel (1).
 
11 Unclip ISOFIX covers (7) from rear shelf panel (1) IMPORTANT It is also possible to remove the ISOFIX covers (7) from the installed rear shelf panel (1).  
12 Unclip speaker cover (8) from rear shelf panel (1) NOTES Unclip carefully to prevent damaging the speaker cover (8).
IMPORTANT It is also possible to remove the speaker cover (8) from the installed rear shelf panel (1).
 
13 Unscrew nuts (9), remove expansion clips (10) and remove roller sun blind unit (11) from rear shelf panel (1) On vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window
IMPORTANT The roller sun blind unit (11) can only be removed when the rear shelf panel (1) is removed.
 
14 Assemble in the reverse order
