Remove/install front door - AR72.10-P-0500V

	Remove/install
1	Remove speaker from left and right front door (1)		AR82.62-P-7845V
2	Disconnect electrical connector from left door tweeter (H4/33) or right door tweeter (H4/34) and remove left door tweeter (H4/33) or right door tweeter (H4/34)
3	Detach door foil (2) on left or right front door (1) from front to marker line (A)		AR72.10-P-1010V
4	Disconnect electrical connectors (3) from left door control unit (N69/1) or am right door control unit (N69/2)
5	Open clip (4), loosen wiring harnesses (5) from front door (1) land lay behind inner door panel through opening (arrow)
6	Unclip protective hose (6) from front door (1) with mounting wedge and pull wiring harnesses (5) out of front door (1)		Fig 3
7	Install adhesive tape within shaded area on edge of front door (1) and fender (7)	To prevent damaging the front door (1) or the fender (7).
8	Unscrew bolt (8)	Installation:  Repair paint damage on bolt (8) with touch-up pencil.

9	Remove bolts (9)	Aid of helper is required for securing front door (1); front door (1) can detach from vehicle in uncontrolled manner and be damaged Installation:  Repair paint damage on bolt (9) with touch-up pencil.
			*BA72.10-P-1004-01AB
10	Remove front door (1) upward from bottom door hinge (10) and lay down on suitable subsurface.	Remove front door (1) carefully to prevent damaging paint on front door (1) or on fender (7). When replacing a door, perform seam sealing and cavity preservation.
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Check gaps on front door (1), adjust if necessary		AR72.10-P-0550V
