Remove/install front door foil - AR72.10-P-1010V

	Remove
1	Remove loudspeaker from left or right front door (7)		AR82.62-P-7845V
2	Remove clip (3) with suitable pliers and route lines (4) behind flap (2) of door foil (1).
3	Detach door foil (1) from front door (7) with suitable tool	Carefully loosen door foil (1) to prevent damaging paint on front door (7). The door foil (1) can also be detached partially, in order to reach components underneath.
4	Move control cable (5) and locking rod 86) through door foil (1) and remove door foil (1)
	Install
5	Check door foil (1) and replace if damaged	When replacing door foil (1) remove glue residues from front door (7) and clean gluing surfaces

6	Check glue bead on door foil (1) and repair with butyl cord if damaged	If the glue bead on the door foil (1) is partially damaged repair damaged section with butyl cord. Route new butyl cord parallel to the damaged glue bead on the door foil (1). Remove glue residues from front door (7) and clean gluing surfaces.

7	Move control cable (5) and locking rod (6) through corresponding recesses in door foil (1)
8	Position door foil (1) to front door (7) and roll on	Ensure that door foil (1) is exactly matched on front door (7).The holes in the inner door panel for the mounting clips at the door liner must not be concealed.

9	Pull lines (4) out from behind flap (2) on door foil (1) and install clip (3)
10	Install speaker in left and right front door (7).		AR82.62-P-7845V
